Elikani Chiingeni (BA) The School Manager
Elikani Chiingeni is a Social Sciences and Arts teacher at Norfolk Schools in Malawi. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Theology and Religious Studies) from Mzuzu University (Mzuzu-Malawi), a Diploma in Theology from the University of Malawi (Chancellor College, Zomba-Malawi) and a Diploma in Theology and Christian Ministry from Evangelical Bible College of Malawi (Blantyre-Malawi). Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Theology at Stellenbosch University, Cape Town, South Africa.
He has taught Theology in different theological colleges in Malawi for 5 years. He has also taught in a secondary school for 2 years. He has served as an associate minister in Church, served a Chaplain, Dean of Students, Head of Humanities Department and a member in management forums. He has a passion to teach and publish articles in various disciplines. He also teaches research methods and writing. He enjoys teaching and works towards achieving educational and teaching goals and objectives in any teaching institution. He is excited to serve as a teacher at Norfolk Schools in Malawi, Inc. His desire is to continue learning and contribute towards the development and growth of the Norfolk Schools in Malawi.
Davie Zombezana (BSc.) Financial Director
Davie C. Zombezana is the Mathematics and Science teacher at Norfolk Schools in Malawi. He is a holder of Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Malawi, Lilongwe University of Agriculture & Natural Resources (LUANAR) formerly known as Bunda College of Agriculture
.
He is so passionate about Mathematics and Science. And as a teacher he aims to teach and care for students in a motivational way that is of understanding of students’ needs. He works earnestly to provide leadership in classroom and always keeps abreast of new technology and new teaching techniques so as to be the best teacher he can be.
He is also passionate about young people and if given an opportunity he works to see them develop into responsible citizens.
Davie loves reading various kinds of literature especially those of science and Christian literature. He also loves writing, actually he is a website writer for Fountain of Victory Church International.

Josephine Banda (BA.)
Josephine Banda is a Language Arts teacher at Norfolk Schools in Malawi. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Media for Development) from the University of Malawi, formally known as Chancellor College (Zomba-Malawi), a Diploma in Education Language and a Certificate in Project Planning and Implementation from Nyasa Job Agency (Zomba-Malawi).
She has taught Bible classes in different churches and Christian organizations in Malawi for over 5 years. She has served as Ministry Team Leader, Field Research Assistant, volunteer Social Worker and An Education Inspirer in various organizations, both national and international.
In her free time Josephine loves to read and write, she has a passion to teach. As someone who loves literature Josephine’s goal is to help students develop their writing, reading comprehension, and listening and speaking skills, with the aim of expanding their capacity to use the English language both for communication and personal enrichment.

Bishop Francis Mendulo
Bishop Francis Mendulo was born in the family of eight children in the year 1975 on 6th June. He grew up in a village community but God's grace led him to receive Jesus Christ at the early age of 13, and has been in the Lord all his life. In his youth years he served God in so many areas in the kingdom of God. His first calling was that of an evangelist when he was 22 years. He started pastoring in 2009 on October 4th. He married Miriam Chirwa and together they have three children: Faith, Timothy and Gabriel. Bishop Mendulo has a bachelor's and a master's degree in theology from Jacksonville Baptist Seminary Florida, USA. He is a Bishop in Voice of God Ministries Inc. and pastoring Chapima Voice of God Church at Chapima Heights opposite Chapima Police Unit in the city of Blantyre. He is also serving as Chaplain at Norfolk Schools in Malawi.
